We handle everything — delivery, setup, pack-down, and full safety briefings to ensure a smooth and stress-free hire experience.

• Concrete setup available with notice (weights required)
• Requires 2 x separate 10amp outlets (on different circuits)
• Generator hire available for $200 if needed
• Tap required within 30m (we supply all hoses)
• 1.2m wide gate/path minimum
• No stairs, steep slopes, or tight turns – trolley access required

⚠️ Supervision Requirement
Due to its extreme height, fast drop, and open splash pool, Paradise Plummet requires a trained staff member for all private bookings:

Supervision is included in the price for all private hires (5 hours total). This ensures rider safety, crowd control, and proper monitoring of the landing zone — especially important as the splash pool is considered an open body of water under safety guidelines.

For OSHC and school events, your trained staff may be sufficient — we’ll confirm this with you in advance.
For corporate or council events, external supervision may be accepted if risk-managed correctly, though our staff are always recommended.

🚫 Usage Rules

• No food, drinks, shoes, jewellery, sharp objects, flips, diving, or rough play
• One rider per lane at a time
• No head-first sliding
• No climbing back up the slide
• Children with casts or injuries cannot use the inflatable
• Must not be used in winds exceeding 25 km/h or during power failure
