We handle everything — delivery, setup, pack-down, and full safety briefings to ensure a smooth and stress-free hire experience.

  • Grass surface preferred
  • Concrete setup available with notice (weights required)

  • Requires 2 x 10amp outlets or 1 x 15amp outlet within 30m
  • Generator hire available for $200 if needed

  • Tap required within 30m
  • We supply all hoses

  • 1.2m wide gate/path minimum
  • No stairs, steep slopes, or tight turns
  • Trolley access required

⚠️ Supervision Requirement

Due to its extreme height, fast drop, and open splash pool, Paradise Plummet requires two trained staff members for all private bookings:

  • 1x staff member to monitor the climb and line control
  • 1x staff member to supervise the splash pool and exit area

These are included at $85/hour per staff member (3-hour minimum).

This dual supervision ensures rider safety, crowd control, and proper monitoring of the landing zone — especially important as the splash pool is considered an open body of water under safety guidelines.

For OSHC and school events, your trained staff may be sufficient — we’ll confirm this with you in advance.
For corporate or council events, formal supervision can be accepted if risk-managed correctly, though our staff are always recommended.

🚫 Usage Rules

  • No food, drinks, shoes, jewellery, sharp objects, flips, diving, or rough play
  • Only one rider per lane at a time
  • No head-first sliding
  • No climbing back up the slide
  • Children with casts or injuries cannot use the inflatable
  • Must not be used in winds exceeding 25 km/h or during power failure

Please note:

A refundable security deposit is required at booking. Full payment includes deposit upfront, with the balance due on setup day. Supervision by a responsible adult is mandatory during use. Setup requires clear, safe access and power within 30m. Water slides must be used with water only — no soap or oils. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Full terms apply on our website.
