We provide full delivery, setup, and pack-down — you don’t lift a finger. Our team handles everything to keep your day running safely and smoothly.

We're fully insured with $20 million public liability and compliant with Cairns Regional Council requirements.

Setup Surface

• Grass (preferred)
• Concrete OK with prior notice (weights used instead of pegs)

Power Access

• Requires 2 x 10amp sockets (dedicated)
• Must be within 30 metres
• Generators available for hire ($200) if power access is limited

Water Access (for wet setup)

• Tap within 30m
• Hose provided

Access for Setup

• Minimum 1.2m wide gate or access path
• No stairs or tight corners
• Clear trolley access essential

Supervision

• Supervision is required at all times
• Trained staff available at $85/hour

🚫 Usage Rules

• No shoes, food, jewellery, sharp items, or rough play
• One person per slide lane at a time
• Children with casts/injuries cannot use the inflatable
• No climbing back up the slide
