Concrete/hard surfaces possible with advance notice (weights required)

Requires 3 x 10amp sockets (one per blower) within 30m — power must not be shared with other appliances

Generator hire available for $200 if power is unavailable

Tap required within 30m — hoses supplied by us

No stairs, slopes, or tight corners

⚠️ Supervision RequirementDue to its large size, multi-zone layout, and potential for high-volume use, this inflatable must be supervised by two trained staff members at all times for private bookings.

For private hires (e.g., backyard parties, family functions), Jumping Castles & Slides Cairns staff supervision is mandatory — available at $85/hour per staff member (3-hour minimum).

For OSHC, school, or council bookings, trained internal staff may be suitable. Corporate clients may also provide formal supervision and risk management — though we recommend using our staff for added safety and crowd control.
