✅ Requirements & Setup Info
We handle the lot — from jumping castle delivery to full setup and pack-down. Our team is fully insured, and we’re Cairns Council compliant for public events.

Setup Surface

  • Flat, clear grass area preferred
  • Concrete or hard surfaces OK with notice

Water Access

  • Tap within 30 metres required (hose provided)

Power Access

  • Requires 2 x 10amp sockets (dedicated) within 30m
  • No shared power
  • Generator hire available for $200 if needed

Access for Setup

  • Minimum 1.2m gate/path width
  • No stairs or tight access
  • Clear trolley path required

Anchoring

  • Pegs used for grass setups
  • Please let us know about underground irrigation or plumbing

🧒 Supervision

  • A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times
  • Our trained staff are available for $85/hr if needed

🚫 Usage Rules

  • No food, drinks, shoes, jewellery, sharp objects, flips, or rough play
  • No climbing back up the slide or head-first sliding
  • Not suitable for children wearing casts or with injuries due to insurance restrictions

Please note:

A refundable security deposit is required at booking. Full payment includes deposit upfront, with the balance due on setup day. Supervision by a responsible adult is mandatory during use. Setup requires clear, safe access and power within 30m. Water slides must be used with water only — no soap or oils. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Full terms apply on our website.
